10 KETO Friendly Products You Need to Try

Monday, January 2, 2023
I've teamed up with my friend Melinda, a Health and Wellness Coach, to bring you an awesome list of Keto-friendly products that you have to try! We tried our best to create an honest list filled with things that taste great, which is especially useful for people who are just starting out on Keto diets and aren't sure what to try.

Disclosure: this is not a sponsored post. I did receive an item to sample (thank you, Yo Mama's Sauces!) but I promise you I would not have included anyone in this list unless I totally loved the product(s) myself. Many thanks to Melinda, who tried way more products than I did and knows way more about Keto than I do, too. But I'm learning. Also, this post contains affiliate links to Amazon. I am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for me to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. I am an Amazon affiliate but I like to support local businesses, too. *And I apologize for the ads running though this post, but a blogger's gotta make a livin' if you know what I mean.

Don't forget to Pin this post for future use! It's like your own personal Keto shopping list.

1. Yo Mama's Pasta Sauces

Yo Mama's Foods award winning pasta sauces are Keto certified and an absolute favorite of mine! They come in over 5 different varieties (bellisima basil, original marinara, chianti wine, spicy marinara, french burgundy wine and radiant rose),and they're made with non-GMO tomatoes and organic ingredients, so there's nothing you won't recognize! I especially loved that the sauces weren't watery or salty, and had a fresh, natural taste like it was made at home. Even if you're not on a Keto diet, these sauces are worth trying! You can order them right from Yo Mama's Foods online or use their store locator.

2. Keto Bakes Baking Mixes

My friend Melinda raves about Keto Bakes mixes: "If you try the Keto Bakes Biscuits, add some garlic powder and cheese and they taste just like [insert name of famous seafood restaurant here - wink, wink]." Keto Bakes offers everything from buns, breads and pizza to breakfast, cakes and cookies! Buy them online at Keto Bakes or find them in your local store.

3. Prymal Coffee Creamers

Prymal Coffee Creamers are sweetened with stevia and monk fruit and are a good way to change up that caffeine addiction just a bit. Try the salted caramel and a good milk frother (such as Zulay handheld) for an amazing 'coffee shop' feel at home! There are plenty of other flavors to choose from, and they're all sugar-free, non-GMO and gluten-free, too.

4. RSVP Skinnies Drink Mixers

If you're not about to skimp out on your favorite cocktail just because of a keto diet, check out RSVP Skinnies. Their drink mixers are zero calories, sugar free and made from natural ingredients. Flavors vary, from mojito to mai tai to margaritas and mules. There's even a cranberry flavor (for my favorite, 'vodka cranberry' without all the sugar that comes with regular cranberry juice). Buy them right on RSVP Skinnies' site or find them on Amazon

5. High Key Mini Cookies

It's hard to find a sugar-free, gluten-free cookie that tastes good (let's be honest!). Many of them sacrifice texture to get a better overall taste, and then you wind up eating a gritty, unappealing excuse for a cookie. These minis from High Key are not perfect substitutes for your average chocolate chip cookie (these are small, think smaller than bite sized), but they really do the trick when you're craving a cookie treat or something sweet. High Key makes tons of other keto-friendly snacks and mixes (my friend Melinda recommends the Snickerdoodle Mini Cookies!). Find them in their online shop or look for them on Amazon

6. Key Nutrients Electrolyte Mixes

Instead of grabbing one of those sports drinks that are loaded with sugar, Key Nutrients offers a healthy alternative with their electrolyte mixers. There are 90 servings in one container, and they come in a variety of flavors that even kids will love. They are also plant-based, non GMO and caffeine free. Peach Mango is our favorite pick, but there are over 7 more flavors to try as well as their on-the-go packets. You can purchase them online at Key Nutrients or check them out on Amazon.

7.  Trader Joe's Hearts of Palm Noodles

With only 4 grams of carbs per serving, Trader Joe's Hearts of Palm Noodles are a carb cutters dream! Plus, it's ready to eat after only five minutes of saute time. These 'noodles' are made from hearts of palm, a vegetable harvested from the core of palm trees, then they're made into strands similar to linguini. It tastes a little bit like artichokes, if you're looking for a flavor comparison. Try some with the Yo Mama's sauces I mentioned above!

8. Choc Zero Caramel Syrup

Choc Zero is well-known for all of their keto-friendly treats and sugar-free chocolates. Their Caramel Syrup was my friend Melinda's top pick. "It's scrumptious drizzled on anything," she says, "but try it in coffee for a great caramel flavor." You can purchase Choc Zero products on their website or try out one of their variety packs through Amazon

9. Dang Lightly Salted Coconut Chips

Dang Food's lightly salted coconut chips literally only have two ingredients (can you guess what they are??). Crisp (yet sort of not, too) and both salty/sweet, they're addictive and good for you! They're also vegan. Dang chips can be found in most supermarkets or on Amazon.

10. Whisp's Parmesan Cheese Crisps

Parmesan Whisps are my #1 favorite snack (sometimes to the point where I have to hide them from myself- I can eat way too many in one sitting). Parmesan lovers rejoice because these are like crispy little squares of parmesan paradise. Keto-Friendly, vegetarian-friendly, gluten free, peanut free,lactose-free - what more can you ask for? Whisps come in other flavors but I can only attest to this one. You can find them at Walmart or at The Whisps Store on Amazon
