LEGOLAND New York has some big news! They're looking for a few awesome KID REPORTERS to help spread the word about their amazing new theme park, coming to New York in 2020. Do you think you're up for the task? Read on!

Last summer I was invited to the Grand Media Event that announced exclusive details about LEGOLAND New York, coming in 2020. You can read my full post about that here, where it details future rides, hotel info, projected park opening dates and more!  But right now, LEGOLAND New York needs your help! They're looking for a team of young reporters to assist them in covering their grand opening. They're looking for people who have a true love of LEGO, and the best reporters for such a project would, of course, be...KIDS!

Parents and caregivers, help your kiddos enter LEGOLAND New York's Kid Reporter search! Here's what you need to do:

-Post a one-minute video on Facebook with the hashtag #LLNYKidReporter, or email your video to us at llny.kidreporter@LEGOLAND.com

-Tell LEGOLAND New York your name, age, where you live, and where you go to school

-Tell LEGOLAND New York why you’d be the perfect choice to be a LEGOLAND New York Kid Reporter!

-You must be 6-12 years old and live within 100 miles of Goshen, NY

-Enter until February 7, 2019

-Winners will be announced February 28, 2019

What You’ll Do as a LEGOLAND New York Kid Reporter

-You’ll cover LEGOLAND New York's “First to Play” pass launch event in April 2019! (say what?!)

-You’ll do at least FIVE reports for LEGOLAND New York’s website and social media channels before the Resort opens!

-You’ll attend LEGOLAND New York's Grand Opening celebration in spring 2020!

What You’ll Get as a LEGOLAND New York Kid Reporter

-A set of four (4) annual passes to LEGOLAND New York Resort for you and your family!

-Themed clothing to wear on-camera for reports!
