LEGOLAND New York Resort to Open Peppa Pig Playground

Get ready to jump in some 'muddy puddles,' Peppa Pig fans! LEGOLAND New York Resort just announced the launch of LEGO DUPLO Peppa Pig Playground, coming in 2025 to their theme park in Goshen, just 65 miles from New York City (and about 90 minutes from my location in Central New Jersey).  From the Merlin Entertainments press release: 'As North America’s first ever collaboration between LEGO DUPLO and Peppa Pig in a real-world play experience, this immersive space will bring the world of the beloved preschool series to life.  Building on the recent work between LEGO DUPLO and leading toy and game company Hasbro, this unique play space unites two iconic brands in an engaging, interactive environment.'  Read on for more details!

LEGOLAND New York Resort Announces 2022 Grand Re-Opening Date!

Mark your calendars, LEGO fans! LEGOLAND New York Resort just released their official grand re-opening date for 2022. So if you're battling the winter blues, there's a little bit of Spring sunshine on the way! And guess what? They've made it even more awesome, and families can expect new attractions and experiences to be revealed throughout the year, including the debut of a new water playground, two new entertainment stages with brand-new shows, the first annual July 4th "Red, White & Boom" celebration, a bigger Brick-or-Treat bash, and the first-ever Christmas Bricktacular. LEGOLAND New York Resort, Holovis and ETF Ride Systems Reveal The LEGO Factory Adventure Ride!

LEGOLAND New York revealed awesome details about another ride coming to their theme park in 2021. The LEGO Factory Adventure Ride will feature the world’s first use of on-ride tracking technology. By identifying the attributes of guests and mapping their position in the virtual space, the ride transforms riders into LEGO Minifigures right before their own eyes! LEGOLAND New York revealed the news at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) annual Expo in Orlando, along with the ride technology designer, Holovis.
