Getting your whole family on board with a healthier lifestyle can be tough. It seems like everyone has their own opinion on what they should and shouldn't eat, and it can be hard to agree on exercise and activities. So we've compiled four easy ways to get your whole family on track towards a healthier lifestyle.

1. Have a Family Meeting

This might seem simple, but it's a great start! Having a family meeting gives everyone a chance to voice their opinion on what they think would help the family be healthier. You can also use this time to devise a plan of action that everyone can agree on.

-Cutting back on sugary snacks

Once you've had a chance to talk about what changes everyone would like to see, you can start working on implementing them. 3. Set a Good Example
